Updated: vSphere 7 as a Nested Cluster within Centos 8 and KVM

In the earlier post last week I had a section on configuring the network from Cockpit. Since I am using a VLAN I made some changes later on that weren’t in this section. It turns out you don’t need to setup the virtual networks ahead of time and you can just configure at the VM level. This is because I am using a bridge to lan. If you plan on having a Virtual Network for vSphere make sure and create the virtio in your VM.

Additional Change

I also added another bridge network to the VM, just repeat the same process for the first bridge in KVM. When you are done it would like like this, see below:
